Tradition reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Tradition shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
