Kyle Draper

Kyle began his career as the Clubhouse Manager at Las Vegas Country Club and then moved to Overlake Golf & Country Club in Medina, WA where he served as a Service Consultant before moving to The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ as the Clubhouse Manager in advance of the turnover from the developer DMB Associates to member ownership in an equity transfer. Kyle helped the Club to successfully navigate through the transition in 2009 at a very difficult time due to the downturn of the economy. Through a partnership with the membership and Club employees the Club was fortunate to see significant growth and success since.

In 2013, Kyle then assumed the GM/COO role at Tucson Country Club where he served until 2016. Kyle was then selected to return to The Country Club at DC Ranch to serve as the GM/COO where he served prior to joining the team here at Tradition.

Born and raised in Redmond, WA, Kyle brings a background of over twenty year’s hospitality management experience to Tradition, most of which have been focused in the private club sector. Kyle attended UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration with a focus in club management. During his time in Las Vegas, Kyle worked for various resorts, including Caesars Palace and Mandalay Bay. Kyle then attended Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama where he received his Masters in Hospitality Management.

Kyle is dedicated to the Club Management field and is an active member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA). He earned his Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in 2010, which is CMAA’s signature of professionalism and dedication to the club management industry.
